Shipping Policy

There are two delivery options available for you to select from before you checkout detailed below.

Standard Shipping

We despatch our orders from Monday to Wednesday using Startrack. If the hamper contains fresh products (e.g. cheese) they are sent using Startrack Express. Fresh products ordered online are packed in an insulated box with gel ice packs, products are not refrigerated in transit. Please ensure when ordering that the recipient will be home to receive the order so they can refrigerate the fresh items immediately.

Express Shipping

Our express shipping service utilises express couriers to offer a quicker delivery option.

Sent out Monday to Wednesday with delivery taking 1-2 days from dispatch for all states.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

The standard shipping cost for orders under $140 is $20, or $30 for express shipping. To qualify for Free Standard Shipping you need to spend $140 or more in our online store in a single transaction. Our team will pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible using our Standard Delivery service. Should you need Express Delivery as opposed to Standard Delivery, please select Express Delivery at checkout which costs an additional $10 if you have qualified for free standard shipping.

Should you need Express Delivery as opposed to Standard Delivery, please choose this option at checkout for an additional $10.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Times

Due to the high volume of orders at this time, we recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

Based on advice from Startrack and our courier partners, the following cut off dates are in for Christmas for orders placed before 1pm AEDT:

TAS   19 December
VIC    19 December
NSW 19 December
SA     19 December
QLD (metro/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast) 19 December
QLD (Far North Queensland) 12 December
WA    12 December
NT     12 December

Our warehouse will be closed from the 23rd of December until the 2nd of January. Any orders received after the cut off dates will be sent from the 3rd of January onwards.
